Cancellation Policy

At Sacred Spirit UK, each session is intentionally held time and energy. This policy exists to honour both your commitment and the space prepared for you.

Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session or request a full refund.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: The session fee is non-refundable.

  • No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. The full session fee will apply.

Practitioner Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Yael needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

Packages & Prepaid Sessions

Sessions purchased as part of a package are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

Any unused sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (if applicable).

Exceptions

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered at discretion.
