Personal data collected at the time of booking with Yael Hochenberg of SacredSpirit or attending an in-person or online class, session or event.

A certain amount of personal data is collected by Yael Hochenberg of SacredSpirit at the time of booking a class / session / lesson, either in-person or online). This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance criteria as well as for your health and safety. Any health information you submit is used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.

All information gathered by Yael Hochenberg of SacredSpirit, either on paper or through an online form, is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. It is kept securely with Yael Hochenberg of SacredSpirit and only viewed by Yael Hochenberg, a co-teacher or a designated cover teacher.

Information submitted via a paper form is added to an online database, if you requested to be added to the email newsletter list, and is then stored securely.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Yael Hochenberg of SacredSpirit, in which case we may not be able to provide certain services to you.

How we use your contact information

When booking, either online, on paper or attending a class you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Yael Hochenberg of SacredSpirit to inform you of class changes / service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.​

Emergency Contact Information

Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Yael Hochenberg of SacredSpirit need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.

Notifying you of changes to this notice
